For EPIC, this recognition is more than a credential. It's a reflection of the deep commitment our Kentucky-based professional learning consultants on our team bring to this work every single day. What is the PLPG? The Professional Learning Partner Guide is a vetted list identifying organizations that provide the best curriculum-based professional learning services in the country. It saves busy educators time by allowing them to quickly find and connect with providers who can support a variety of their curriculum implementation needs, from adoption services to ongoing support for teachers and leaders.
What certification really means
Inclusion in the PLPG isn't a simple application process. It requires passing a three-step evaluation, where expert reviewers assess each organization against a rigorous application rubric to determine whether there is significant evidence of robust, HQIR-aligned professional learning services across three gateways.

Evaluated on depth of expertise in high-quality instructional resources across adoption, initial, and ongoing implementation.

Quality of Professional Learning Design
Evaluated on the quality of services across adoption, initial implementation, and ongoing support for teachers and leaders.
